　譜めくりは、黒子である。多くの譜めくりは、黒い服装をしている。舞台では決して目立たない。しかし譜めくりは、人生の陰の立役者である。それなくして、自分の人生はない。

譜面のめくり方

　今まで、多くの演奏家の写真撮影をしてきて、譜面めくりのやり方に、多くのやり方があったことを発見した。一番美しい姿は、そのぺージの演奏が終わる少し前に構えて、少し次のページをめくり、そのページの演奏が終わったら一気にめくる、である。

　卒業発表演奏会では、ピアニストと目で合図をしあって、お互いに、うなずいて譜面をめくっていた例もあった。そんな暇があったら、演奏に集中せよ、である。

小林朱音さんの場合

　大垣での音楽堂でのチェリストTIMMと河村先生の協奏（2017）、クインテッサホテルでのドレスデントリオと河村先生の協奏(2018)では、小林朱音さんが譜めくりを担当した。二人には師弟関係で、深い信頼関係があるために、そんなお互いの合図もなく、小林さんは、しかるべき時に、スーッと横に立って構え、次のページを少しめくり、そのページの演奏が終わったら一気に音もたてずめくる。河村先生は、譜面を小林さんに任せっきりで演奏に集中である。

　学生の卒業演奏会の譜めくりでは、直前に急ぎ譜面に近づき手を伸ばし、観客席にまで頁をめくる音が聞こえるようなめくり方をする人もいた。頁をめくる甲高い紙音が、美しいピアノの演奏を興ざめにした。

譜めくりが舞台から去る時

　演奏が終わると、ほとんどの譜めくりは、演奏者が観客に礼をしている間に舞台から、黒子のように静かに去っていく。これが正式のマナーのようではある。小林さんは、二人が観客の拍手に礼をしている時、小さく拍手をして、譜面を片付けて静かに舞台を去っていった。まるで黒子の佛様のような姿であった。

人生の譜面をめくる佛様

　人の人生では、時が来ると人生の頁が自ずとめくれていき、その頁の内容に合わせて、両親や祖父祖母がランドセルの準備や学校への入学の手続きをしてくれた。当時は、それに対して感謝の念もお礼も十分ではない。今振り返ると、情けない思いである。それでも時が流れて、学校卒業までは、両親や恩師が人生の頁を黙ってめくってくれた。まるで佛様が我が人生の本の頁を捲ってくれたようだ。その佛様も、いつの間にか私の前から去っていった。「私の亡きあと、一人で人生を頑張れ」と拍手をしながら逝ってしまったのだ。

　会社生活では、必死に人生の頁を自分でめくってきたと思うが、振り返るとその歩みの頁は、佛様が事前に書いた曲を、なぞって弾いてきたように思う。自分の力ではない。周りの仲間が己の曲を演奏させてくれた。感謝。

　会社生活38年間終えたら、定年後の人生で、自分の意思で新しい第二の人生の頁をめくる時なのだ。そのぺージを自分でめくれずに、一日中、テレビの前に座っているのでは、白紙の譜面を眺めて、ピアノの前で座っているが如きである。

人生は暗譜演奏

　人生の人生という曲を演奏する原則は、暗譜演奏である。自分で、自分の人生の曲を描いて自分で弾く。その曲は自分が作曲した楽譜に書いてある。誰に頼るのでもなく、自分で作曲して、曲を弾かねば良き人生は創れまい。そして今は、自分が黒子として、後進の譜面をめくってあげる番なのだ。

　生きている以上は、自分独自の人生の音色を出さねばならぬ。観音菩薩様がその音を観ている。そうでないと、見守ってくれている観音菩薩様やご先祖様に申訳がない。

最期の譜面をめくる

　一日中、テレビの前に座っているのでは、バックグランドに無伴奏葬礼行進曲が流れなか、白紙の譜面を眺めて、無為に過ごしているようなものだ。その葬礼行進曲を演奏しているのは、一日中、何もやることのない己なのだ。「おくり人」とは、自分自身である。

　日暮れて道遠し、フィナーレは近い。演奏会と違い、人生にアンコールはない。人生二度なし。全ては一期一会だ。うかうかしていると、指の下にある次のページには、葬礼の曲が書かれているやも。人生の道を急げ。

河村義子先生への弔辞（改定）　英訳

        At the funeral of the Mrs. Yoshiko Kawamura on December 27, 2018, Mr. Shigekatsu Tanaka, Executive Secretary of the "Enjoying First-Class Music in the World association", gave a regret. I had heard this for the first time. I had known the greatness of Mrs. Yoshiko Kawamura's activities.

Achievement

        Mrs. Yoshiko Kawamura had a close relationship with the German Stuttgart Strings Sextet, Dresden trio, and cellist TIMM, and was bridged by music between Ogaki and Stuttgart. Yoshiko-sensei had contributed to the promotion of Ogaki culture at the world level.

        Yoshiko-sensei, who reproduced on the stage of "Rokudan　in WINE" by Mrs. Maru Kiwako Toda, taught us the history of Ogaki-Vienna's music exchange. That's why I was able to visit the Vienna Musikverein and pay a courtesy visit to Dr. OTTO BIBA , the director of the Vienna Musikverein who visited Ogaki 30 years ago.

        Yoshiko-sensei had pioneered Ogaki's musical culture through music activities such as “the Kanadenowa contest”, “Kotone” and , "Enjoying First-Class Music in the World association", in-housing contact concerts, and nursery concerts. Yoshiko-sensei had built many music heritage sites in Ogaki and had raised her successors.

A turn of fate

　　When Yoshiko found a lesion five years ago and found that she could not live as a pianist after surgery, she stopped the surgery and chose the course of treatment for coping therapy and decided to live as a pianist until the end of her life.

　　It is also a turn of fate, I had met her as a piano teacher at the same time. She didn't notice it around, didn't emit a loud sound, and I have awe of her. As I thought, I was suggesting from her words in many scenes, but I was not aware of it.

　　Since I got along with Yoshiko-sensei, I had met many good friends. I am more than grateful to see the good relationship with Yoshiko-Sensei rather than the sadness of parting. If there is a encounter, there is a parting, this world's impossibility. The better you meet, the more sad you are.

Summary

　　Mrs.Kawamura Yoshiko, discipline name " Holy watch temple teach music righteousness love sister", means to watch over his disciples with a Kannon-like eye, teach music and dedicate to love for Righteousness. Yoshiko-sensei was a warm person who made one stay in the rain during the hard times in life. This name is a wonderful name that summarizes Yoshiko-sensei's life. I pray for the well-being of Mrs. Yoshiko Kawamura. Conspiracy.

Yoshiko-sensei had loved the music hall of the Ogaki City Suitopia Center.

　　When I was the Executive Director of the Ogaki Culture Corps, I asked for support as a music expert, and I was happy to be an advisor for he Ogaki Culture Corps.

　　I agree with the desire that the piano always resonates with Suitopia Center, and when I go to purchase a piano that can be used in the lobby to Hamamatsu, Yoshiko-sensei choose the piano. She said that he is wanting to come to Ogaki.

　　Also, when we overhauled the culture hall and the Steinway & Sons piano in the music hall, I was thinking about giving away to everyone the hammer of the piano played by many people. At Ogaki Municipal Hospital, we asked you to purchase the piano at the lobby concert together. All the pianos were selected by Yoshiko-sensei.

　　Yoshiko-sensei had been continuing nursery school concert for the children as one of the activities of Kasumi-kai. When we decided to work on such a project to give children a dream as a cultural gift, Yoshiko-sensei had added a program to train students to the next leader.

　　Furthermore, I also had asked Yoshiko-sensei Christmas concerts at the music hall and the cultural hall, for the sake of classical music to children. Moreover, it was a first time, accompanied by foods and drinks that I had never been to.

　　They listened to music, ate sweets, enjoyed only juice, and also enjoyed music and the valley. In the culture hall, we decided to enjoy caramel popcorn in the lobby, so the whole lobby was surrounded by the smell of caramel and the cheers of children. Yoshiko-sensei had told this many times as pleasant memory that such a thing was able to be done.

　　In these activities to bring up children, Yoshiko-sensei had started up “Kotone(child and sound)”, developed into “Kotone kids”, and they were bridged to the next generation.

　　After I resigned as Executive Director of he Ogaki Culture Corps, Yoshiko-sensei wants children enjoying the world's top music. For this response, we had been helding the conncrets, Ashinaga concert. After this concert, the collection of impressions of the concert was filled with the excitement of the children, and we were delighted to be with you.

　　At the second concert of this year, Yoshiko-sensei was forced to be hospitalized due to her illness on the way, and on the day before the operation she was forced to create a program in a difficult time. Besides, she was not able to listen to the concert. However, when she received the review from children, she was really happy and I was just hapy too.

　　The other day, when I went to the hospital room, Yoshiko-sensei told with a bright eye about the third concert scheduled in September next year. As a performer, I received an e-mail immediately after saying that I had a letter asking President Sawa of Tokyo Art university to promote it.

　　But for this Henschel reply, Yoshiko-sensei cried ”I can not keep my life until November!”.by an e-mail to me.

I'm surprised at your death too early.

Yoshiko-sensei was raising people through music.

 　　What kind of tone is it in now? Are you listening to Brahms and the Rokudan in Wine?

 　　A great tone is engraved in the mind of many students, and the power to live with music must grow. Music is a source of heart.

Rregret to Mrs. Yoshiko Kawamura

　2018年12月27日の故河村義子先生の葬儀で、「世界で一流の音楽を楽しむ会」事務局長田中重勝さんが弔辞を述べられた。私はそれを聴いて、初めて河村義子先生の活動の偉大さを知った。

功績

　河村義子先生は、ドイツのシュッツガルト弦楽六重奏団、ドレスデントリオ、チェリストTIMMとの親交があり、大垣とドイツを音楽で橋渡しをされた。義子先生は、世界レベルで大垣の文化を高めることに貢献された。

　義子先生は、戸田極子伯爵夫人の「ウィーンの六段の調べ」を舞台で再現して、大垣とウィーンの音楽交流の歴史を我々に教えてくれた。そのご縁で、私はウィーンの楽友協会を訪問して、30年前に大垣を訪問された楽友協会記録室長のビーバー・オット博士を表敬訪問することができた。

　義子先生は、カナデノワコンクール、子と音、「世界で一流の音楽を楽しむ会」、院内ふれあいコンサート、保育園コンサート等の音楽活動で、大垣の音楽文化を開拓された。義子先生は、大垣で多くの音楽遺産を築き上げ、後進を育てられた。

総括

　河村義子先生の戒名「聖観院教音義愛大姉」は、観音様のような眼で弟子を見守り、音楽を教えて愛のために義に奉じた、という意味である。義子先生は、人生の辛い時、雨宿りをさせてくれるような温かい人であった。この戒名は、義子先生の人生を総括した素晴らし戒名である。河村義子先生のご冥福をお祈りします。合掌。

 こんなにも早く、悲しい別れの言葉を述べなければならないなんて、とても残念でなりません。

大垣市スイトピアセンターの音楽堂をこよなく愛した義子先生。

私が文化事業団事務局長の時には、音楽の専門家としてサポートをお願いしたところ、快く文化事業団アドバイザーを引き受けていただきました。

 スイトピアをいつもピアノが響き渡っているところしたいとの思いに賛同していただき、ロビーでも使えるピアノを浜松へ購入に行った時は、この子が来たがっていると、小躍りするようにピアノを選定していただきました。

　また、文化ホールと音楽堂のスタウェイをオーバーホールした時には、多くの人が演奏した思い出のピアノのハンマーを皆さんにプレゼントすることを一緒に考えていただきました。大垣市民病院でも、ロビーコンサートでのピアノを購入していただくよう一緒にお願いをしてきました。どれも義子先生に選んでいただいたピアノが設置されています。

 　また小さな子ども達にも本物の音楽を聞かせたいとの願いから、かすみの会の活動の一つとして保育園コンサートを続けておられたました。子ども達に夢を与えるこうした事業を文化事業団の芸術の贈り物事業として取り組む事とした時には、教え子達を次の指導者に育成するプログラムを加えるなど人材育成に余念がありませんでした。

　さらには、小さな子どもにもクラシックをとの思いから、クリスマスコンサートを音楽堂や文化ホールで行っていただきました。しかもこれまで行ったことのない飲食を伴うもので、音楽を聴いてお菓子を食べ、ジュースをのみ、また音楽やバレーを楽しむものでした。文化ホールでは、ロビーでキャラメルポップコーンを楽しむこととしたため、ロビー全体がキャラメルの匂いと子ども達の歓声に包まれることとなりました。こんな事が出来たことを楽しい思い出として何回も何回も聞かせていただきました。

 　こうした子ども達を育てようという活動の中で、子と音の立ち上げ、子と音キッズへと発展させ、次の世代への橋渡しもなされてきました。

 　私が文化事業団事務局長を辞したのち、世界で一流と言われた演奏家の招へいと子ども達に本物の生の演奏を聴かせたいとの願いを受けて、世界で一流の音楽を楽しむ会を立ち上げ、多くの企業の方にも応援していただいてあしながコンサートを開催してきました。このコンサート後の感想文集には、子供たちの感動があふれており、開催してよかったと一緒に喜びあいました。

　本年の２回目のコンサートでは、途中から病により入院を余儀なくされ、手術の前日で、苦しいなかでプログラムを作成していただくこととなってしまいました。しかもコンサートを聴いていただくこともできませんでした。しかし、感想文集を届けたときには本当に喜んでいただくことができ、ホットしたところです。

 　先日、病室に伺ったときには、来年９月に予定の３回目のコンサートについて、輝くばかりの目でお話をいただきました。演奏者としてヘンシェルはどうかと言って、早速メールをされましたので、私は東京芸大の澤学長にプロモーションをお願いする手紙を出しました。

　でも、ヘンシェルから９月は無理で十一月ならとの返事に、それまでは私はもたない！　重勝さ―ん　とメールで言ってこられた義子先生。

 　あまりにも早い旅たちで驚いています。

 　音楽を通して人を育てる夢に全力で立ち向かわれた義子先生。

　いま、どんな音色の中におられるのでしょうか。ブラームスと六段の調べをきいているのですか？

 　多くの教え子達の心には、素晴らしい音色が刻まれ、音楽とともに生きる力が育っていくに違いありません。音楽は心の糧です。

成長する教え子の皆さんの姿を見守り続けてください。

　人生の短い期間に、出会う佛様（人）の数は限られている。両界曼荼羅では、1,875尊の佛様が描かれている。それは人生で価値ある人との出会いが、物理的に２千名程度しかないとの寓意である。その人からの学びには、正の場合も負の場合もあるが、それは自分の成長次第である。逆縁の菩薩様からも多くの学びがあるはず。その出会いはすべて己の責任である。

出逢いの選択

　人の寿命の制限内で、出会う人の数には限りがある。一尊の佛様との出逢いがあれば、もう一尊の佛様とのご縁はこの世ではかなわない。選択とは一方を選べば、もう一方は捨てること。その両方を選ぶから曖昧さを生み、人生の無駄時間を生む。人生では寿命の制限があるからこそ、その出会いに緊張感が生まれる。「人は死ぬ」ということを前提に考えないから、時間と機会を無駄にする。

イベントも出会いの佛

　出会いは人だけではない。イベントも一つの出会いである。今回、遠路600キロの旅で、「仙台国際ピアノコンクール」という仏様に出会ってきた。その出会いで、それに関与している佛様達の徳が希薄であることが分かったのが最大の収穫であった。浜松国際ピアノコンクール、高松国際ピアノコンクールの佛様もその徳に高低差があることが分かった。行って会わなければ、それが分からない。分かれば、命を使って会いに行く価値がないので、二度と行かなければ、命（時間）を節約できる。その時間を別の出会いに使えばよい。

出逢いの儀式

　ご縁を成就するためには、時間と労力（お金）と情熱が必要である。身を清め、服相を正し、心を整えて、時間を計って、初めて一つのご縁が生まれる。そのご縁が佛様である。だからこそ、出会う人、出合う機会を自分の目で厳選しないと、自分の人生価値が希釈化される。それが選択であり、決断である。

仙台国際ピアノコンクールのご縁

　今回の仙台国際ピアノコンクールでも、交通費６万円、宿泊費６万円、時間も５日間を使い、病み上がりで体がまだ辛い時期に、遠路はるばる佛様に会いに行ったのだ。コンクール中は、一日10時間も聴くことに集中しての出会いである。行ってみなければ、それに見合う価値があるか分からない。価値がないことが分かれば、次回から止めればよいのだ。

ギブ　＆　テイク

　己がその縁に出会って、相手に与える価値は何か。自分が会うことで、相手の二度と戻らぬ命の時間を奪ってはいないだろうか、自分は相手が期待している成長をしているだろうか。去っていった佛は、自分の未熟さに呆れて、去っていったのではないか。佛が袂を分かち去って行ったのは、全て己の責任である。

苦言のギブ

　その佛から不協和音が聞こえれば、身を呈して苦言を捧げるのが、出会った仏様への礼儀である。今回、仙台国際ピアノコンクールでアリーナ席の封鎖という暴挙に出会ったので、責任者に苦言を呈した。しかし佛様からその反応がなかったので、私は、それを別れの啓示と受け止めた。それは無私の佛でなく、無視の鬼であった。愛の反対は憎悪でなく、無視である。音を愛しているから、苦言を呈するのだ。

赤の郵便ポスト責任論

　郵便ポストが赤いのも、全て己の責任である。己があの時、遊ばずに、もっと真剣に受験勉強をしていれば、東大に入り高級官僚になり、郵政次官、郵政大臣に就き、郵便ポストの色を己の意思で変えられたはずと思いたい。

Volunteer activity

It is a pity that the reputation of the Sendai International Piano Conch worsens with the self-involvement of the poisonous jury. That happens to any company. Even though the employees are doing seriously, there are cases where the president is ruining them and there are cases where the world is in trouble.

Double the disappearance of my former job company

The company with my previous job was also overwhelmed by a virtuous officer, and the prospect was finally unclear, and as a result, it was absorbed by a competitor and disappeared from the market. The organization is rotten from the head. That is clear if you look at Nissan, TAKATA, Mitsubishi Motors, etc.

Although many volunteer supporters who support the Sendai International Piano Conch are working hard, the Poisoous Jury Committee stole the effort. It is similar to a former employee's company, where a general employee is working hard day and night, but a poisonous officer has ruined it.

Audience gap

At the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition(Hamakon) in 2018, the pre-sale tickets for the first qualifying round were sold out, with an unprecedented popularity. That is because Hamakon has been making steady efforts for many years.

Hamamatsu　City has a population of 791,854 and Sendai has a population of 1.088,669. So, in the small population of Hamamatsu City, tickets are sold out, and in Sendai City, tickets can not be sold in half.

The Sendai International Piano Contest was a world totally unrelated to its epidemic. It is a hall that can hold 800 people, and it is about half filled up on Sunday. There were 200 or 300 people on May 27 on the final day of the perlimiraly round. The hall is crying. The reality that the hall is sloppy is right. I think that the arrogant management policy of senior management for many years has led to this result.

If it is upset, blocking the arena seat will prevent the audience from entering the contest in the future. The present appearance is the result of past bad deeds. The blockade of the arena seat and the situation that the hall is transparent is never a coincidence.

Verification of the subject song

The Sendai International Piano Conch is a 40-minute performance, with a three-person two-hour break pattern, followed by a 15-minute break. Human concentration is 15 minutes or at most 20 minutes. If you play it with 3 or 4 songs, you will get tired of listening. The impression of the first performance is overwritten and forgotten by the performance after 30 minutes. The judges will be more tired. The setting for the assignment song is incorrect.

The Hamamatsu International Piano Competition and the Takamatsu International Piano Competition are run with a 15-minute break pattern after the one or two songs have been played for 20 minutes, and the three consecutive people have played for 1 hour. So I can understand the difference between the pianos and the performers, and I feel that the competition is interesting. At Sendai International Piano Contest, the playing time is too long and it's hard to understand and not interesting at all.

Question of piano selection

The pianos selected for the contest this time are 25 Steinways, 11 KAWAI and 1 YAMAHA. This is an abnormal number. In both the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition and the Takamatsu International Piano Competition, YAMAHA has always secured about half the number of selections.

This is a selection piano this time, and it seems that something is wrong, such as only one YAMAHA. It is likely to be misled as to whether the judge is also a bribe involved.

The omission of presentation of examination result

The secretariat of the secretariat only reads the number and name of the winners. The secretariat does not think about the audience at the same time. At the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition, flowers were added to the roster list, and winners were introduced in front of them. At Sendai International Piano Competition, it seems that even that effort is regrettable.With this, the audience loses the mind to come again.

　2019年5月26日、責任者の彼女は、「貴方の意見を審査員上に伝えます」と言ったので、私はその結果を確認するため、現場を訪れた。予想通り、一次予選３日目の5月27日も、アリーナ席は封鎖されていた。

　翌日の状況を見ると、彼女が審査委員に観客のクレームを言った形跡がない。多分、審査員は雲の上の存在だから、言えないのだろう。言っても無駄だと思い、上に言わなかったのだろう。彼女は、そんな責任感あるようには見えなかった。責任者の無責任である。

ボランティア活動

　 この種のコンクールの運営は、多くのボランティアの応援者により成り立っている。毒眼流審査員のわがままで、仙台国際ピアノコンクーの評判が悪くなるのは、気の毒である。それはどんな企業でも起こる事。社員は真面目にやっているのに、社長がそれを台無しにしているの例が世間に氾濫している。

Volunteer activity

  The management of this type of competition consists of supporters of many volunteers. It is a pity that the reputation of the Sendai International Piano Conch worsens with the self-involvement of the poisonous jury. That happens to any company. Even though the employees are doing seriously, there are cases where the president is ruining them and there are cases where the world is in trouble.

私の前職の会社の消滅とダブる

　私の前職の会社も毒眼流役員がのさばって、ついには先行きが不透明になり、結果として競合他社に吸収合併され、市場から消えた。組織は頭から腐る。それは日産、東電、三菱自動車等を見れば明らかである。

　仙台国際ピアノコンクーを支援するボランティア応援者が多く頑張っているのに、毒眼流審査員がのさばって、その努力を台無しにしている。それは前職の会社で、一般社員が日夜頑張っているのに、毒眼流役員がそれを台無しにしたのとよく似ている。

Double the disappearance of my former job company

観客数の格差

　2018年の浜松国際ピアノコンクールでは、一次予選の前売り券が売り切れとなる前代未聞の人気状況であった。それは浜コンが、長年、地道な取り組みをしてきたからだ。

　浜松市の人口は79万人、仙台市の人口は109万人である。それで人口の少ない浜松市では、切符が売り切れ、仙台市では、切符が半分も売れない。

　今回の仙台国際ピアノコンクーでは、その流行とは全く無縁の世界であった。800人収納可能なホールで、日曜日なのに半分程度が埋まった程度である。一次予選の最終日の5月27日で、200人か300人の観客である。ホールが泣いている。ホールががらすきという現実は、正しい。長年の上層部の傲慢な運営方針が、この結果を招いていると思う。

　目ざわりだからと、アリーナ席を封鎖すれば、今後のコンクールで、益々観客が入らなくなるだろう。今の姿は、過去の悪行の結果なのだ。アリーナ席封鎖と、ホールがガラスキの状況は、決して偶然ではない。

Audience gap

At the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition(Hamakon) in 2018, the pre-sale tickets for the first qualifying round were sold out, with an unprecedented popularity. That is because Hamakon has been making steady efforts for many years.

Hamamatsu　City has a population of 791,854 and Sendai has a population of 1.088,669. So, in the small population of Hamamatsu City, tickets are sold out, and in Sendai City, tickets can not be sold in half.

The Sendai International Piano Contest was a world totally unrelated to its epidemic. It is a hall that can hold 800 people, and it is about half filled up on Sunday. There were 200 or 300 people on May 27 on the final day of the perlimiraly round. The hall is crying. The reality that the hall is sloppy is right. I think that the arrogant management policy of senior management for many years has led to this result.

If it is upset, blocking the arena seat will prevent the audience from entering the contest in the future. The present appearance is the result of past bad deeds. The blockade of the arena seat and the situation that the hall is transparent is never a coincidence.

滅亡の予兆

　アリーナ席の封鎖という現象に,その場の人たちは誰も異常を感じない。責任者も関係者も嬉々として、その異常な指示に従って行動している。それは仙台国際ピアノコンクールの滅亡の予兆である。

　クレームをぶつけた責任者の説明では、「アリーナ席の観客が気になって審査に集中できない」という審査員の要望で、アリーナ席が封鎖された。それで私は昼休みに、審査員席から舞台を見てみた。その審査員の説明が嘘であることが判明した。私の眼から見ても、アリーナ席の人は、全体に埋没して目に入らない。審査員は毒眼流の害虫であった。仙台国際ピアノコンクールの足を引っ張り、その運営を食い物にしているようだ。

Verification

課題曲の検証

　仙台国際ピアノコンクーでは一人40分演奏で、連続3人で2時間、その後、15分の休憩のパターンである。人の集中力は15分間か精々20分間である。それを３，４曲で演奏すると、聴く方は疲れてしまう。最初の演奏の印象は、30分後の演奏に上書きされて忘れてしまう。審査員はもっと疲れるだろう。その課題曲の設定が間違っている。

浜松国際ピアノコンクールや高松国際ピアノコンクールは、課題曲が１，２曲で20分間、連続3人で1時間の演奏後、15分の休憩のパターンで運営される。それでピアノの差や演奏者に演奏の様子の差が分かり、コンクールが面白いと感じるのだ。仙台国際ピアノコンクーでは、演奏時間が長すぎて、わかりずらく少しも面白くない。

Verification of the subject song

　今回、コンクール参加者に選定されたピアノは、スタインウェイ25台、カワイ11台、ヤマハ1台である。これは異常な数値である。浜松国際ピアノコンクールでも、高松国際ピアノコンクールでも、ヤマハはいつも約半数の選定数を確保している。

それが、今回は選定ピアノで、ヤマハが1台だけなんて、何か裏がありそうである。審査員が絡んだ賄賂でもあるかと、つい邪推をしてしまいそうである。

Question of piano selection

仙台国際ピアノコンクールは、審査員を愛するが、観客はノイズとしかみなされない。

仙台国際音楽音楽コンクールの一次予選の2日目（2019年5月26日）の午後から、アリーナ席（血まみれの席）の観客席の前席中央の3列の36席が、「審査のため」と称して、封鎖された。誰も座ることが出来ない。

From the afternoon of the second day of the prelinary round of the Sendai International Music Competition (May 26, 2019), the 36 seats in the middle of the front row of the audience seats for the arena seats (blood-stained seats) .  It was sealed off  in the name of “for the jury hope”.  No one can sit.

　この呆れた処置に、私は責任者にクレームを付けたが、「審査員の先生が希望している」の一点張りで、埒が明かなかった。その責任者は、自分の頭で考えることが出来なかった。その責任者は、観客の立場の眼が無く、審査員の顔色しか見ていない。その責任者は、それが国際的に、如何に異常で、恥さらしなことなのか、理解できないようだ。

To look the Drunk treatment, I made a claim to the Responsible person  in charge of this longing, but I was not able to reveal a bribe with "pointing to the jury's hop".

The responsible person　could not consider this situation  with one's head. The responsible person has no eye on the audience and only looks at the judge's face. The responsible person seems to be unable to understand how it is abnormal and shameful internationally.

世界の恥さらし

　世界の国際音楽コンクールで、中央部の前席の観客席の観客を追い出さないと、審査ができないなど、私はこんな愚かな処置は初めて見た。高松国際ピアノコンクールでも、浜松国際ピアノコンクールでも、私はこんな愚かなことは見たことも聴いたこともない。私には、ショパンピアノコンクールでも、そんな状況は想像できない。

Shame on the world I have never seen this stupid procedure for the first time, kicking out  the audience from the arena seats in the international music competition in the world.  I have never seen this stupid procedure at the Takamatsu International Piano Competition or at the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition. I could not imagine such a situation even at the Chopin Piano Competition.

審査員のレベル

　審査員のレベルが、目の前にいる観客が邪魔で、審査に集中出来ないレベルなら、仙台の国際的な恥さらしとなるから、その審査員を解雇したほうが、仙台国際音楽コンクールのレベルが上がるだろう。このままでは仙台は、東北の片田舎のド田舎と評価されるだろう。審査員はどんな雑音があっても、集中して音楽を聞き分ける能力が要求される。仙台は、その能力がない審査員がのさばっているド田舎の国際音楽コンクールとして、世界にその恥が広がるだろう。結論は、仙台国際ピアノコンクールの審査員のレベルは、浜松国際ピアノコンクールの審査員より、高松国際ピアノコンクールの審査員よりも、その質のレベルが落ちる。だから、このコンクールを聴きに行く価値がない。

　私は、この責任者との話し合いの後、その会場を後にした。私はとても不愉快になった。私は、後の演奏を聞き気になれなかった。

Auditor level

If the level of the judge is a level that the audience in front of them is not able to concentrate on the judgment, it will be an international shame for Sendai, so it is better to dismiss the judge to raise the level of Sendai International Music Competition right.　 If this case　continue, Sendai will be regarded as a rural area in the northeastern part of Japan.  Jury need to have the ability to concentrate and listen to music no matter what the noise. Sendai will spread its shame to the world as an international music competition in the countryside where judges who do not have that ability are at their feet. The conclusion is that the level of judges of Sendai International Piano Competition is lower than that of judges of Hamamatsu International Piano Competition than that of judges of Takamatsu International Piano Competition. So it's not worth going to listen to this Piano Competition.

　I left the venue after this discussion with the responsible person. I was so unpleasant. I was not interested in listening to the later performances.

審査の評価　

　音楽の審査は、観客と審査員が一体となってその評価が決まる。観客をホールから全て追い出して、審査員とコンクール参加者だけでピアノコンクールを開催すれば、密室コンクールとして、国際的に希少価値がでるだろう。

　自分の代役を育てるほど、自分の時間が豊かになることはない。理想は自分を乗り越えて自分以上に成長してくれること。そういう想いで、私は自分教育と部下教育を重視して会社生活を送ってきた。私が技術管理部の課長となってからは、技術者教育体制も整備した。問題はそれに応えてくれる部下も「上司」も少なかったこと。だから私を育ててくれた会社は市場から消えた。

　勝負の世界でも、師匠を乗り越え、師匠を打ち負かすことが恩返しなのだ。

　私が70歳を前にして思うことは、持てる智慧、知識は来世に持って行けないという焦りである。それを後世に伝えたい。せめて文書で後世に残したいと、文筆活動をしている。

義子先生の後継者

　河村義子先生は、残された５年という時間を意識して、後を受け継ぐ後継者を育て来た。「世界で一流の音楽を聞く会」、カナデノワコンクール、子と音、等の音楽プロジェクトを立ち上げ、それを運営してくれる人を育てて、それを見届けてからこの世を去っていった。「人を育てる」とは、素晴らしい遺産である。

　芸術、仕事において、「理動」、「知動」はない。あるのは「感動」だけ。人を感動させる仕事をするには、動かないと感動はさせられない。

合理的とは

　いくら合理的に考えて行動しても、それは合理的の範囲でしか判断できない。合理的とは、ごく狭い範囲の中でしか考えられない偏った考えである。「理」では、創造はできない。創造は、感動から生まれる。「理」を破壊してこそ、創造はある。芸術は爆発なのだ。芸術は理を超えた存在である。

魂の叫び

　人の不幸や喜びに「不感動」では、音楽や芸術で人を感動させる音楽家・芸術家には大成できまい。電話やメールでいくら言っても、情報は伝わるが、魂の叫びは伝わらない。足を使って、わざわざ動いてくれた。だから感動する。芸術家なら、特に心すべしである。感動は魂の叫びである。感動がない芸術家は、感動の音楽を奏でられまい。

映画監督の魂の声

　「マイク、拡声器では情報は伝わるが、魂の叫びは伝わらない。（黒澤明映画監督）」　

　黒沢明監督は、ロケ現場でも拡声器を使わず足で動いて、役者のところまで行き直接、指示をした。大林亘彦監督は、余命3ヶ月を宣告されたステージⅣの癌の身でも、それの教えを忠実に守って映画を作っている。

航跡

　船が港から出ていくと、船の後の波の航跡が続く。大きな船であるほど、航跡は長く続く。人が去っても、その想い出がいつまでも心に残る。言葉で美辞麗句を並べても、それはすぐ忘れられてしまう。その人が、「動いて」感動を与えてくれたことは、長く心に残る。動かなければ、相手の心に響かない。

　冷酷無比で残酷な織田信長の心を動かしたのは、サルと呼び捨てされていた木下藤吉郎が信長の草履を懐で温めたからだ。

あるエピソード

　年初に、懇意にしている音楽家に、病気の件があり、それを前提に飯でも食おうとメールを送った。ところが、それは無視されて、返信はなかった。病気の事情を話して、しばし音楽関係の雑談でもしようと思ったわけである。入院先が、彼の住居の近くだったのも、その理由である。

　私の退院後、彼は知人から私の病気・手術のことを聞いて、慌てて電話をしてきた。私は、とりとめのない話をして、電話を切った。

　なぜ、そんなに私の病気が気になるなら、すぐ「動いて」、自宅に見舞いに来ないのか。電車で、わずか1時間の距離である。私ならそうする。口先では何とで言える。それでは相手に、心配している感動は伝わらない。彼が、芸術家として「感動」する心を養わないと、音楽家として大成出来ないのではないかと危惧している。

動くとは感動

　ある友人は、私のために、わざわざ伊勢神宮、豊川稲荷に行って、お守りを貰ってきてくれてた。それをそれぞれ２回、自宅に届けてくれた。彼は体調不良の身でありながら、「動いて」くれて、私は感激した。

　彦根の知人は病院にも、自宅にも、計６回も見舞いに来てくれた。感謝、感激である。
